About me

I'm 40 years old and live in the beautiful and peaceful Achterhoek region — a place that perfectly matches my love for nature and photography. For over 20 years, I've been actively involved in photography, and even now, I discover something new every single day. You'll often find me outdoors, walking with my camera, searching for unique details or expansive landscapes. I also love to travel, exploring and capturing new places. Whether it's close to home or on the other side of the world, seeing the world through a lens continues to feel magical to me.

More than 20 years of passion for photography

Videography: a new dimension

For over two decades, I have been actively involved in photography. What began as a curiosity for capturing abandoned and decaying buildings has grown into a deep passion for imagery and detail. Over the years, I have refined my style, learned new techniques, and further developed my perspective on photography — from traditional photography to macro, drone, and videography. Every photo tells a story, and I've been dedicated to telling those stories through images for more than 20 years.

While photography captures still moments, videography offers the opportunity to bring stories to life. Recently, I've expanded my interest to include videography — a new way to capture atmosphere, motion, and emotion. Whether it's drone shots, nature scenes, travel reports, or social media content, video gives me the freedom to express my creativity in a different way. Exploring this new form of visual storytelling feels like a natural extension of my long-standing passion for photography.
